What is the Meaning of Life?

Have you ever pondered this, or on the other side of this pendulum swing, are you exhausted just trying to come up with satisfactory answers that not just appeals to you, but to the masses as well?

Well, one thing is for certain – the meaning of life is the meaning you give it! Short. Sweet. And to the point.

If you think the meaning of life is to be miserable then die, then that is what you will get. If you believe that the meaning of life is far more than meets the physical eye, then you will find answers in the rabbit holes you venture down. But if you believe, truly believe, that the meaning of life is just that – to live, and then realize you can rewrite your story, then that is what life will hand you. Doorways to enter to live from another reality.

Millions of people believe that we are 100% in control of our lives, and for many, this is true. But what of the children in Gaza who are dying from malnutrition, and what of the war torn countries where people are dying because their governments entered war with other countries? For some, this belief is a damning insult to where they are at. Some might believe in karma and that everyone gets what they deserve. I don’t.

Some people need a helping hand. There are wonderful organizations that help the globally oppressed, and then the are those who thrive on being bullyish and causing more oppression than compassion in their wake. I hope that they wake up to the core of what they are doing and why?

People want to be fed, housed, clothed, heard, treated with dignity and respect, left alone to enjoy their lives with their families, and much more. Are you an advancer of human evolution – from fear to love, from anger to forgiveness, from hardship to making life easier for others?

When enough voices stand up and are heard, when we push back against the corruption and greed that has been around for millennia, then, and only then, through solidarity, speaking one voice, with one resolute goal in mind – to relieve this world of all its suffering and pain (caused by the marginalized entitled few), only then will we see pain and suffering leave the lives of our global community, and see true healing starting to take place.

Be careful where you put your sights on the meaning of life.
